Just read on the British Mountain Bike Series website that Roel has cancelled and will not be at the Big Weekend in Margam. He says that he is in good form in the World Cup Series and want's to focus on that and the World Champs. I don't honestly think that 9th, 7th and 10th in the first three rounds is Championship or even podium winning form do you?
I wonder if there is another reason????? Perhaps he is afraid that an onfire Oli, or Jody will give him a good seeing to!!! Or is it something more sinister??
Anyway there is no way it is going to affect the weekend which promises to be a great event. Bring it on!
