She fell off a bit easy at the olympics though. it will be interesting to see if someone raised on reasonably groomed BMX tracks and then on the track will take to some of the gnarlier, rough and tumble courses on 4X.

Who is in best shape for Le Tour??

Do you think it would be an ending for Lance? He wants to make millions for his charity, I could see him doing another before turning to politics and becoming Texan Governor. Basso has no hope, Menchev will get kicked off. Hushovd is never going to beat Mancman in a sprint. At this rate it could be a 1-5 of Astana riders unless they get off the fence.

It was a real shame to see our ****y little sprinter from the Isle of Man and his team totally miscalculate the gap they let the breakaway build yesterday, Costing our ****y little friend his third win........what a shame! Still at least his custom purchase of all green kit wasn't in vain...........tool!

OK folks, we're already onto day 5 and no one has been busted on the tour yet. Any one want to hazard a guess who will be the first naughty boy caught?

Yeh I think Lee did great on that course. In my view it isn't a course that lives up to it's hype. It does attract numbers though, except on Sunday when everyone seemed to desert and leave quite a small entry to contend the English Marathon Champs. Now that race looked a killer!

Still need to get more people at the Welsh events, the courses are usually great when compared to many of the english courses. Better publicity of the events next year and earlier notification to ensure it gets in the diary will be good. I think corby is looking to grow the Dragon series and launch a winter series so it could be fun.

Yeah, the climbing looked horrible! I have to say though I expected the downhill to be more technical and longer. I thought those O'Boyle boys were downhill nuts? Good day though and definitely another course in keeping with the Welsh Series. It certainly wasn't a Sherwood!

On the practise laps picking my lines I thought there where a few bits that I couldn't get to flow, but race day at race pace the course was much better. Realy had to work the bike at all times, last few laps I was just hanging on. Realy pleased with the season so far, hoping I can keep form for the Nationals now, but generally the race you realy want to have a good result in nothing goes to plan. Thanks for the support tho guys!
